The mountains of Swedish Lapland show traces of powerful nature phenomenas. The Kåppas caves have been formed by the force of water and comprise one of Sweden’s longest cave systems. Together with a guide you can follow the old path of the powerful stream and see the inside of the mountain.

We hike, or during winter go by snowmobile, to the caves located on the mountainside close to Björkliden Mountain Resort. Once there we put on our headlamps and the adventure begins heading into the cave system exploring different formations shaped by nature. We walk, and sometimes crawl, through the caves experiencing the magic of the Arctic nature.
